Most businesses have a certain amount of work needed every month. Our new Blocks system was created to address those needs. It give your business a bucket of hours ("blocks") for a discounted price. The more you buy, the more you save. A fantastic way to get a break you deserve for doing volume with us. It also simplifies billing as you will get one monthly statement showing charges against your Block pool, and you can set auto-refill triggers to ensure you always have enough Blocks to meet your needs.

How does it work?

Simply pick the amount of Blocks you want and decide if you want Auto-Refill active on your account or not. Thats it! Payment is due at the time the Blocks are purchased, and must be paid in-full prior to usage. We strongly recommend the usage of the auto-refill system to avoid service delays in the event of needing service and not having enough blocks to cover it.

Once your Blocks are added to your account you can request service normally. When required we can give you estimates on Blocks required to do work. Once the approval is given to proceed we complete the work and bill the services against the Blocks on your account which will show up on your monthly usage report. On-Site work is billed in 1/2 Hour increments (2 Blocks) with a 1.5 hour minimum (6 Blocks). Remote Support is billed in 1/4 Hour increments (1 Block) with a 15 minute minimum (1 Block).

As always, due to the complex nature of computer systems and their problems the Blocks used is ultimately computed based on the actual time it takes to complete the job. If we start the work and at some point come to believe that it will take significantly longer then expected, we will ask for your approval before continuing.


How much does it cost?

Currently there are 3 choices in Blocks to select from: 20, 48 and 100 (5, 12 and 25 Hours respectively). Our pricing on blocks varies depending on volume and other factors but typically you could expect the following savings over the standard T&M labor rate.

Is there a minimum charge?
There is a minimum charge of 1.5 hours (6 Blocks) for on-site work and a 15 minute minimum (1 block) on remote support.

What is the Auto-Refill system?

The Auto-Refill system is a program you choose to opt-in or not. What it does is automatically refill your account with the same block level every time your balance drops below 50% of the block level you select during activation. The charges for the blocks are billed to your account by whatever payment method you choose. We strongly recommend the usage of the auto-refill system to avoid service delays in the event of needing service and not having enough blocks to cover it.

All refill's will be posted to your account once payment is received. Credit Card is instant of course. This is the only way we can offer you the discount, no exceptions.


What happens if I run out of Blocks?

If you run out of blocks, the balance of any service being worked on at that time will be billed at the regular labor rate until you refill your account. Buying more blocks after the fact may not be applied against a previous short fall, no exceptions. This is the only way we can offer you the discounted price.


Do my blocks expire?

Blocks expire 1 year after from the date of purchase. There are no refunds on blocks purchased.


What do I need to do to get started?
