Sometimes you just need a little help; Our Pay As You Go service fits those needs well. Simple and straight forward, no contracts and no commitments. Call us when you need us and we get the job done.

Our "Pay As You Go" Service At A Glance

How does it work?
You open a ticket with us for service, we give you an idea of how long it will take and once we have your approval, we proceede with the work and notify you when complete. Payment is due at the time of service unless a terms account is established.

How much does it cost?

The Pay As You Go service is based on the time and materials it takes to complete the work requested. We can give you estimates but due to the complex nature of computer systems and their problems, but ultimately the price is computed based on the time it takes to compute the job. If we start the work and at some point come to believe that it will take significantly longer then expected, we will ask for your approval before continuing.

The standard labor rate is dependant on several factors so we encourage you to contact our sales team for specific pricing. The standard labor rate is applied for on-site work during normal business hours. After-Hours & Emergency service is additional. Lower rates can also be achived by utilizing our Blocks system, or our EasyCare support plans. We encourage you to investigate those options as they are a great way to save money..


Is there a minimum charge?
There is a minimum charge of 1 hour of labor for on-site work. Our Block plan and EasyCare plans have seperate billing schedules, so please see their respective pages for more details.

How fast do you respond?
Our goal is to acknowledge your issue within a few minutes if not instantly. Typical response times are dependant on several factors, but generally as long as no special parts are needed you can expect someone to be working on your issue within 4-8 business hours, less if your issue can be addressed remotely. We make every effort to handle your issues as soon as possible.

What do I need to do to get started?
Its easy! Just call our office to get started. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and COD. You can also apply for a Terms account with us. Contact us for more details.
